This position provides professional and comprehensive facilities support for The Woodlands’ office locations. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, researching and resolving problems related to facility operations, vendor management, and general maintenance and upkeep of areas. The Senior Facilities Services Technician will report directly to the Facilities Services Lead.
 
Detailed Description
  • Monitor incoming request for facilities and maintenance service tickets and respond to requests on a priority basis. Provide follow up to and resolution of requests or concerns.
  • Assist with coordination of furniture installation and repairs, equipment installation, relocation and repairs and support facility expansion projects. 
  • Perform audits of building access cards, garage access and office/furniture keys.
  • Coordinate employee move-in/outs and facilitate completion of any punch list items within the scheduled time
  • Serve as point person to coordinate schedules with building maintenance staff, vendors, security and company's internal resources.
  • Maintain safety and security programs and guidelines including floor warden list and emergency action plan.
  • Coordinate required inspections and maintain records of compliance.  Notify management when changes may be needed.
  • Assist in facility administration activities including maintaining building contacts, stacking plans, reserved parking assignments, etc.
  • Track projects and provide status reports.
  • Promote and foster positive relationships with landlords and service vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in a customer-based, Office Services and Facilities environment
  • Prior experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferred
